Usage
Two heaped tablespoons (35 grams) as needed, 2 to 3 times a day after each meal, mixed with 1 glass (250 ml) of chilled whole milk, yogurt, Biogarde, or custard. During intense exercise, you can also do this after each workout. For more calories, you can add extra honey or mashed banana.
