Ingredients
Purified Water, Milk Thistle (Sylibum Marianum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sweetener (Fructose), Flavorings (Blackberry Juice Concentrate, Natural Blackberry Flavor), Green Tea, Dandelion, Choline, Vitamins, Chromium.

Usage
Take one measuring cup (10 ml) once a day after breakfast, or pour 10 ml into a large glass and top up with approximately 200 ml of cold or lukewarm water. If desired, the dosage can be increased to 20 ml per day.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
