Usage
Adults: Dissolve 5.2 grams (1 dose of 5.2 grams = 2 scoops filled to the bottom line) once daily by stirring into a glass (+/- 250 ml) of water or fruit juice. For optimal absorption, it is advised not to take the powder in combination with dairy drinks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
