Lucovitaal Collagen 5000mg Complex Sticks contain Collagen Type I, II and III and have a fresh raspberry-citrus flavour.

Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls related to postural instability and muscle weakness. Falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in men and women aged 60 and over.*
*the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 micrograms of vitamin D from all sources.

Manganese:
- is important for the normal formation of connective tissue in cartilage and bones
- is important for the composition of the bones
- for maintaining strong bones

- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones

Hydrolyzed Collagen (Beef and Chicken), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sweetener (Sorbitol / Sucralose), Vitamin C, Anti-caking Agents (Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide), Flavoring / Aroma (Raspberry (MILK) / Beetroot Powder (Beta vulgaris radix)), Manganese, Vitamin D3.

Usage
Dissolve 1 sachet twice a day in a glass of water (+/- 250 ml) while stirring, or 2 sachets once a day in one glass of water (+/- 250 ml).

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
