Take 1 capsule once daily with water. 1 capsule contains 5 mg CBD, which is equivalent to 4 drops of Lucovitaal CBD oil 2.8%. If desired, the dosage can be gradually increased; this varies per person. Take a maximum of 4 capsules per day, spread throughout the day. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
