Astaxanthin is the main red pigment in aquatic animals such as salmon, trout, shrimp, crab, and lobster. The highest concentration of astaxanthin is found in the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant and supports the body's natural defenses. Vitamin C supports the immune system and contributes to good resistance.
