Use
Rinse the algae briefly under cold water. Soaking is not necessary if the algae are prepared in hot water (20-30 min). Cold preparation: rinse and then soak for 15 minutes in cold water, so that the algae swell. You can also fry the algae in a dash of olive oil and serve with legumes, salads, grains or pasta. Store in a dry and dark place. Cooking tip: Cook the sea spaghetti in water and then steep it in soy sauce. This way you can store it for several days and use it to enrich and decorate your dishes.
