The first tamari with a lower salt content on the market, an indispensable addition to Lima's soy sauce range. Tamari with 25% less salt responds to the wishes of consumers who want to eat less salt while still enjoying the taste of tamari. It's best to eat salt in moderation to reap all the benefits for our bodies. Excessive salt consumption has the opposite effect. It's a naturally occurring mineral in our bodies. We therefore need salt in our diet, but in moderation. Tamari is a valuable seasoning that's eagerly used in natural cuisine because of its rich, complex flavor. Just like Lima's classic Tamari, Tamari "25% Less Salt" is gluten-free. Lima uses guaranteed GMO-free soy, 100% organic.
Ingredients
water, SOY beans*, sea salt 10.3%, alcohol*, A. Oryzae. *from organic cultivation
