Spelt Almond Drink is an organic drink. The mix of organic spelt and almonds results in a very special mild flavour. Spelt is an ancient grain, the ancestor of modern bread wheat. This drink contains no added sugars. Spelt Almond Drink has a natural sweet touch because during the fermentation process, the starch in the spelt is converted into naturally sweet-tasting sugars. This drink is 100% plant-based and lactose-free.
