    Usage
    Take 250-300 grams of dry rice for 4 persons.
    Bring 2 volumes of water to the boil.
    Add a pinch of sea salt and 1 volume of thoroughly rinsed rice.
    Let it simmer gently for 30 minutes with the lid closed

    Store in a cool, dry place
