Genmai Su can be used in vinaigrettes, pickles, marinades, and salads. Its flavor pairs beautifully with grains, vegetables, and fish. Want to make a delicious salad that's quick and easy? A few drops of a mixture of the two types of vinegar (Ume and Genmai) and a spoonful of olive oil are all it takes!
