Vegan vitamin D3 + K2 contains 50 mcg cholecalciferol, expressed as 2000 IU (International Units), and 50 mcg vitamin K2 (as MK-7), all from plant-based sources. Cholecalciferol and MK-7 are the most biologically active forms of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, and are known for their synergistic effect, making it sensible to take both vitamins together.

Ingredients
Bulking agent (maltodextrin, corn starch, arabic gum), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (MK-7), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC, vegetable capsule).

Directions for use
Adults: 1 capsule once daily with a meal, or as recommended. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
