Each capsule contains 50 mg of stabilized oil, extracted from the New Zealand green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus). Green-lipped mussel oil contains a unique blend of furan fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids, making it many times stronger and more effective than fish oil, for example.

Ingredients
Olive oil, Green-lipped mussel oil (Perna canaliculus), gelling agent (bovine gelatin, water), emulsifier (glycerol), antioxidant (rosemary extract, vitamin E, vitamin C).

Usage
For the first 4-6 weeks, take 2 capsules twice daily, then 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended. For children, calculate the dosage based on body weight. Preferably take with meals.
