Exercise on the theme
Sit or lie down comfortably and imagine yourself lying on an air mattress in the sun in a lake or swimming pool. You notice the warming sun on your body, you smell the fresh scent of the water and hear sounds from the shore or poolside. A gentle breeze blows across your body and above you the blue sky arches. While you notice the warmth of the sun, the sunrays gently touch you deep into your body. The sunrays touch the soles of your feet, the tips of your toes, each individual toe and the back of your foot. And as the sunrays gently warm the cells and tissues, your body relaxes more and more. You become wonderfully warm. In this way, the sunrays wander over your entire body, from your feet to your head. Finally, ask the energy of the earth angel Sun to stabilize the wonderfully relaxed state of your body. This meditation is also suitable for the bathtub. You can add a few drops of essence to the warm water and then imagine how the warmth fills and relaxes your body.
