Some people use the essence to energetically improve the quality of water. They add a few drops to their drinking water or attach a bottle of Water essence to their water pipe. Exercise on the theme
Stand loosely upright, knees slightly bent, feet about shoulder-width apart. Now imagine you are standing in a gently flowing river. The water has a pleasant temperature. Notice how the water flows around you, creating small, soft eddies. Then become like a water plant, moving gently with the flow of the water. Effortlessly, you are gently moved by the current. Allow your body to move lightly and fluidly like the water plant. You can let your arms and hands become parts of the plant, dancing with the water. Finally, ask the earth angel Water to stabilize mobility and "flowing with the current" within you.
