Exercise on the theme
Stand comfortably upright, knees slightly bent, feet about shoulder-width apart. Now imagine yourself standing in a gently flowing river. The water is a comfortable temperature. Notice how the water flows around you, creating small, gentle eddies. Then become like an aquatic plant, moving lightly with the flow of the water. Effortlessly, you are gently moved by the current. Allow your body to move lightly and fluidly like the aquatic plant. You can allow your arms and hands to become parts of the plant, dancing with the water. Finally, ask the Earth Angel Water to stabilize your mobility and flow.
