Exercise on the theme
Sit comfortably, feet flat on the floor, back straight. Imagine a fire burning in the center of your body—choose any kind of fire: a torch, a candle flame, a wood stove, a campfire, a gas flame… For this exercise, you can also sit in front of a fire and look into the flames. Now breathe consciously and imagine the flames burning more intensely and powerfully with each breath. Gradually, you will experience a pleasant, warm feeling in your body, and you can decide how big you want your fire to be. Now ask the Earth Angel Fire to adjust your inner fire to your needs and stabilize it.
