Exercise on the theme
One of the possibilities is writing meditation: you choose a positive sentence, for example: "I have the right to possess a lot of money and live in luxury and wealth" (the more "stomach ache" you get from this sentence, the more blockages become conscious).
First, write the sentence, then take a deep breath and write down everything that comes to mind for two minutes (no longer), without thinking, simply writing it down. You don't have to write legibly or formulate well; it can simply be strokes and lines.
