Exercise on the theme
Imagine a brush in the center of your head. Now shift your weight so that you paint a figure 8 on the ceiling of your room with this brush. After painting a few figure 8s on the ceiling, gradually lower the figure 8. Draw them on your head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, knees, and finally the floor. After drawing the figure 8 on the floor, immediately let it walk back up to the ceiling. Finally, ask Sanat Kumara to stabilize the connection between the two poles within you.
