Summary
·· Help in crisis situations and with energetic shock
·· Brings you back to your stable center, to yourself and into the NOW
The power of the RELAX essence helps in crisis situations and with energetic shock, such as traumatic experiences or injuries. Relax then helps to return to one's own center, one's own strength, and to overcome the shock.
Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· What event has thrown me off balance?
·· Do I breathe all the way down to my toes?
·· Where is my body's center of gravity right now?
·· What can I do to recover?
Additional information regarding this LichtWesen essence
One user felt that this essence should actually be called "be present", as the essence immediately brings you into conscious awareness, into the NOW and to yourself. The essence is often used by therapists during treatments and seminars, especially during strong emotional stresses. Mothers use the essence for children (for example, on the crown chakra), when they are beside themselves, have injured themselves, or are startled. It has also proven effective when children are simultaneously tired and overexcited and don't want to go to sleep. It is also said about the Relax essence that it helps with physical (over)exertion, to regenerate the body faster and to prevent muscle soreness. We have also received numerous feedback that Relax reduces itching after mosquito bites and also reduces swelling faster after bee and wasp stings.
Relax is a blend consisting of five Master Essences: Angelica (8), Orion (9), Seraphis Bey (13), Lady Portia (18), and Maria (21). The Lady Portia energy brings us back to the stable center, from which we have been dislodged by a crisis. The Seraphis Bey energy strengthens the first chakra, the energy supply, and thus the will to live and life force. Angelica
transforms old events tied to the situation, Orion's energy provides insight into the meaning of what has happened, while Maria's power nurtures and heals.
Exercise on the theme
Imagine you are in the center of a whirlwind, in the eye of the hurricane. Around you, the wind rages. But you stand firmly in the calm center. You can play with this image: you can let yourself be swept away by the storm, whirl around the center, and then, with the power of Relax, return to the center, where it is quiet and you stand in strength and peace. To support this, you can use the Relax essence or invite the beings present within it.
- Help in crisis situations and energetic shock conditions.
- Brings you back to your stable center, to yourself, in the moment.
