Take a stick or staff in your hand and stand loosely upright. Close your eyes and imagine that you are holding a sword in your hand. Notice how big
this sword is, what shape it has, and how heavy it feels in your hand. How do you feel with a sword in your hand? And now start moving the sword: as if you want to use it for defense or attack, or as if you would hold it still in front of you for protection. Observe what you experience and think. Then ask Archangel Michael to develop and stabilize your inner protective power.
