“Rediscover Myself” enables you to see yourself, your potential, and your possibilities in a new way, to assess them realistically, and thus to embark on new paths. We explore ourselves with curious wonder and a joyful spirit of discovery. Unwanted aspects can be lovingly accepted. This reveals how they have served us so far and how they can be changed. At the same time, the sentences that limit us are transformed. Beliefs that support us can be strengthened.
We are all shaped by our past. Especially the sentences that we have heard about ourselves again and again and therefore believe: “You are not creative”, “You are slow”, “You are different from others”, “You are special”. Regardless of whether these sentences are negative or positive, they form a personality structure that limits us. And this often prevents us from examining and changing our ideas about ourselves.
The ‘Rediscover Me’ energy spray helps you look at yourself from a different perspective and question yourself. What do I think and believe about myself? What do I want to keep and what do I want to change? It's not about throwing all sentences and behaviors overboard. Because they give us and our lives structure and support. It's about becoming aware of the sentences and their effect on us. We can also imagine what would have happened differently if we hadn't believed some sentences. This opens up new design possibilities for our lives.
Explore yourself and discover new things about yourself, thereby reshaping your life.
Questioning your self-image, changing behaviors and ways of thinking, being seen in a new way by others, daring to try out new possibilities.
