LichtWesen® Number 2. Inner peace – LAO TSE
Summary
·· Staying calm
·· Finding inner peace and serenity
·· "It is what it is"
·· Not getting upset about what happened, the past, or other people, but accepting what happened and recognizing what one wants now
·· Being in the moment, meditation
·· Recognizing judgments and evaluations
·· Acting from inner peace and clarity
The power of the Ascended Master Lao Tse
brings inner resignation, relaxation, and peace. Instead of getting upset about the past, oneself, or other people, instead of worrying about future special events, an inner peace emerges: "It is what it is." Therefore, one can be mindful and calm in the present, clearly see what one wants, and take the necessary steps. Even in chaos, it becomes possible to remain in one's own clarity and strength. In meditation, this energy brings deep calm, inner peace, a merging with Being.
Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· In what situation do I get annoyed, instead of using my strength for what I want?
·· What disappointment, rejection, helplessness do I hold on to, instead of recognizing what I truly want and doing something about it?
·· What takes me out of my peace and calm? (NB in the context of personal responsibility: by what do I let myself be taken out of my peace and calm.)
·· Which people or situation do I judge?
Additional notes regarding this LichtWesen essence
This essence has also proven effective in stress and exam situations, and with inner tension and restlessness. We have often heard that in difficult situations, where one was very agitated, it strengthened inner peace, serenity, and clarity. It has also helped many with sleep disorders.
