LichtWesen® Number 12: Joy of life – LADY NADA
Summary
·· Feeling accepted
·· Accepting yourself with your light and shadow sides
·· Accepting your body
·· Enjoying life to the fullest
The power of the Ascended Master Lady Nada
gives us the feeling of being accepted and safe again, as if you are wrapped in a warm blanket. She helps one feel comfortable in the body and accept oneself as one is, with everything one rejects and everything one likes about oneself. One feels lovable again and self-love is strengthened. This allows one to experience the sensuality of the body more intensely and thus enjoy life more fully. There is more zest for life. The body becomes the temple of the soul. It also becomes easier to accept other people as they are.
Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· How important is my body?
·· What do I criticize about my body?
·· What do I try to hide from others? What would change if I accepted it?
·· In what situation do I not feel accepted?
·· By which people do I not feel accepted?
·· How can I promote feeling comfortable in my body? (massage, a nice smelling bath, sports, music)
·· How do I feel about my feminine side and feminine qualities?
·· Do I allow myself to pamper myself?
·· Have I neglected my body, my appearance?
·· Are there parts within me that condemn pleasure and joy of life?
