LichtWesen® Number 4. Surrender and Compassion – KWAN YIN
Summary
·· Letting go
·· Trusting life and changes
·· Releasing excessive control
·· Allowing suppressed tears and emotions to flow again
·· Emotional healing
·· Tolerance and compassion
·· Developing the feminine side
The power of the Ascended Master Kwan Yin
helps to release the following: outdated thought patterns, excessive control, suppressed feelings, physical tension and cramping, blocked energy, rigid behaviors (therefore also supportive in grief). We can allow ourselves to be carried by life, without giving up our own strength. We live in harmony with Divine order. It is easy to recognize when to act and when to simply let things happen. In Asia, Kwan Yin is the master of compassion and healing. Her power heals, teaches tolerance, and strengthens the feminine, gentle, yet powerful side. This makes it easier to feel and express one's own emotions.
Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· In what situation am I intolerant or rigid?
·· In what situation do I say "I must"?
·· What am I holding onto (self-image, situations, annoyances, resentment, grief, tears, disappointment, people, feelings)?
·· In what area of life, in what situation am I rigid? What prevents me from letting go?
·· Where are the tensions in my body – what am I holding onto there? And what happens when I release this tension?
·· Under what conditions am I willing to give up control and trust life?
Additional notes regarding this LichtWesen Essence
Proven effective for lymphatic drainage, massage, "when one has had enough," for menstrual problems (then apply to the abdomen or mid-pubic area). Use may lead to more tears flowing (releasing held-back tears).
Exercise related to the theme
Feel your body and allow your attention to connect with a place of physical or emotional tension. Imagine this tension as a knot. The stronger the tension, the larger the knot – light tension is like a knot in a woolen thread, strong tension is a knot in a thick ship's rope. Apply the essence to the tense spot and/or visualize how Kwan Yin's power flows into this knot, causing the knot to loosen more and more. As the knot loosens, you can breathe deeply and exhale with a sigh of relief. If this spot has a message for you, you will become aware of it.
