Exercise on the theme
Stand comfortably upright, knees slightly bent, feet about shoulder-width apart. Now form a figure-eight pose, focusing your attention on three points on the soles of your feet in succession, and lower your weight to these points: from the heel of your right foot, across the inside of your right foot, to the big toe of your left foot; from the big toe to the little toe of your left foot, then to the heel of your left foot; from the heel of your left foot, across the inside of your left foot, to the big toe of your right foot; and again, across the little toe of your right foot, to the right heel. Keep the soles of your feet in contact with the ground. Finally, center yourself at the intersection of the figure-eight pose and connect with the earth.
