Imagine yourself standing by a lake, in a vast, untouched landscape, far from towns and villages. The lake's water is crystal clear and glows in the sun. On the lakeshore, you find a rowboat, which you step into. With this boat, you can now find the right spot on the lake for you, from which you can cast the gaze upon the landscape you need now. Once you have arrived at this spot, also direct your awareness to the area beneath the water's surface. Perhaps there is a gift waiting for you there. Then you can focus your awareness on
Focus on the part of the sky that is above you. Then expand your awareness to encompass the sky, the lake's surface, and the underwater area, allowing Hilarion's power to connect your heart with the power of heaven and earth, stabilizing this connection. Finally, direct your attention back to the boat, sail it to shore, and return to the here and now.
