Exercise on the theme
Imagine standing by a lake, situated in a vast, untouched landscape, far from cities and villages. The water of the lake is crystal clear and glows in the sun. On the shore of the lake, you find a rowboat, which you get into. With this boat, you can now find the place on the lake that is right for you, and from where you can cast the gaze upon the landscape that you need right now. When you have arrived at this spot, you also direct your consciousness to the area below the water surface. Perhaps there is a gift for you there. Then you can direct your consciousness to
the part of the sky above you. Then expand your consciousness to encompass the part of the sky, the lake surface, and the area underwater, and allow the power of Hilarion to connect your heart with the power of heaven and earth and to stabilize this connection. Finally, direct your attention back to the boat, row the boat to the shore, and return to the here and now.
