Exercise on the theme
Imagine standing by a lake, situated in a vast, untouched landscape, far from cities and villages. The water of the lake is crystal clear and glows in the sun. On the shore of the lake, you find a rowboat, which you step into. With this boat, you can now find the spot on the lake that is right for you and from which you can view the landscape in the way you need now. When you have arrived at this spot, also direct your consciousness to the area below the water surface. Perhaps there is a gift for you there. Afterwards, you can direct your consciousness to
the part of the sky above you. Then expand your consciousness to encompass the part of the sky, the lake surface, and the area underwater, and allow the power of Hilarion for your heart to connect with the power of heaven and earth and for this connection to be stabilized. Finally, direct your attention back to the boat, row the boat to the shore, and return to the here and now.
