The essence has proven its worth in helping to find oneself during puberty. When applied to the hand chakras, it can strengthen the healing energy flow. Exercise related to the theme
Focus your attention on your spine, neck, and shoulders. Notice which areas are tense. Notice how your spine and shoulders feel. Now invite the power of Christ and apply the essence to your wrist and/or neck, allowing the Christ power to flow very consciously into each vertebra, each intervertebral disc, and into your shoulders and neck. Ask for blockages to dissolve and for the spine to straighten and stabilize on all levels.
