Usage Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. It can also be dissolved in water if desired. Open the capsule and dissolve the powder in a small amount of lukewarm water. Let it sit briefly and then drink.
As far as is known, this nutritional supplement can be used in combination with medicines.
When using antibiotics, leave 2 hours between taking probiotics and antibiotics.
