Lemon Pharma organic ginger cubes (medical marshmallows), made from pure vegetable gum arabic (from the African Acacia Senegal tree), harmonise particularly well with the added ginger extract. Thanks to a very high fibre content (>85% acacia fibres measured with the AOAC method), they contribute to a high-fibre diet.

GINJER® ginger cubes are made from whipped gum arabic paste, for which the high-quality, certified organic ingredients are mixed step by step. It is vital to adhere to the exact order of mixing, as this allows us to add air to the paste through a special extrusion process. This is how GINJER® ginger cubes then get their soft texture.
