Ingredients
Zinc sulfate, Heptahydrate, purified water.

Use
Zincatest® can be used in two ways:a). As a food supplement: take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily with a meal or as prescribed by your doctor. If desired, you can dilute it in water or orange juice.b). As a taste test (to determine zinc status) at least one hour after eating or drinking: take a teaspoon with 5 ml of Zincatest, stir it into 60 ml of water, and immediately rinse 5 ml of the diluted mixture in your mouth for 10 seconds (then swallow or spit out). Make a fresh mixture every time you perform a test. The taste sensation resulting from this test provides an indication of zinc status.1. Negative or low: tastes like water2. Moderately negative or low: a dry, furry, mineral-like, sweet taste3. Moderately positive: a distinct taste that becomes stronger4. Positive: an immediate strong, unpleasant taste. If taste sensation 1 or 2, continue with the recommended daily use of Zincatest or another zinc supplement until taste sensation 3 or 4 is experienced. Three to six months of supplementation may be necessary.

Storage advice
Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of young children. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
