This product provides vitamin E in its natural form because this form also occurs in our diet, and is better absorbed than synthetic vitamin E. Natural vitamin E has higher biological activity.
Standardized to d-alpha tocopherol but also contains other tocopherols.

Ingredients
Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol), Capsule (Humectant: Glycerol, Modified Starch, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Carbonate). Standardized to d-alpha tocopherol but also contains other tocopherols.

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
