Lamberts Vitamin C 500 time released & bioflavonoidsLamberts Vitamin C 500 time released & bioflavonoids
Our daily requirement for Vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It is ideal to take Vitamin C in smaller amounts spread throughout the day and night because Vitamin C is quickly excreted. This is not very practical, which is why Lamberts® has Vitamin C Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which makes the preparation active in our body for longer.
