Ingredients Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Rosehip Extract (Rosa canina), Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Glazing Agents/Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerol).
Usage Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal. More than 1000mg of vitamin C may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
