Lamberts Vitamin C 1000 Time release & bioflavonoids Lamberts Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg with Bioflavonoids
Our daily requirement for vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It's ideal to take vitamin C in smaller doses throughout the day and night because it's excreted quickly. This isn't very practical, so Lamberts Vitamin C uses Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which allows the supplement to remain active in our bodies for longer.
