Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg with Bioflavonoids


Our daily requirement for Vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It is ideal to take Vitamin C in smaller quantities spread throughout the day and night because Vitamin C is excreted quickly. This is not very practical, and therefore Lamberts has Vitamin C Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which makes the preparation active in our body for longer.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Anti-caking agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids & Stearic Acid), Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colourings: Calcium Carbonate & Iron Oxides, Glycerol), Rosehip Extract (Rosa canina L)

Usage

Adults: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours, maximum 2 per day. For Belgium: take a maximum of one tablet once a day.
