Riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also plays a role in the maintenance of normal red blood cells and contributes to the maintenance of healthy iron levels in the blood.

Ingredients
Rice powder, capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Riboflavin, anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids & Silicon dioxide).
Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Do not use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Riboflavin use can darken your urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is using the riboflavin effectively. Increasing your daily fluid intake will return the color to normal.
