Ingredients
Capsule (Gelatin, Glycerol, Colour: Iron Oxide), Sunflower Seed Oil, Natural Beta Carotene (with Mixed Tocopherols), Silicon Dioxide, Zeaxanthin (Paprika Extract, Mixed Tocopherols, Ascorbic Acid), Lutein (with Antioxidant dl-alpha Tocopherol).

Directions for use
1-2 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. This product should not be taken by heavy smokers. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to 3 years of age.
