This formula has an exceptional level of omega 3, 6 and 9 and also includes a full 5mcg of vitamin D. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are essential in the diet, while omega-9 fatty acids are not considered essential. A supplement with the right balance of all three can be beneficial for some people.

Use
