Claims
DHA is good for brain function and eyesight. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg DHA. A daily intake of 250mg EPA & DHA is good for the heart.

Composition

Composition per daily dose of 5 ml:
Marine algae oil    contains    Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)    Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)	4885 mg 100 mg 500 mg

Ingredients
Marine algae oil (from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., DHA- and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp.), Lemon flavour, Antioxidants (natural mixed Tocopherols and Rosemary extracts).

Directions for use
For adult use only. Adults aged 18 and over; take 5ml (one teaspoon) daily, unless otherwise advised. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage advice
Store dry at room temperature, out of reach of young children. For best results, use within 2 months of opening.
