Lamberts Evening Primrose Oil is rich in the polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acid Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Each capsule guaranteed contains 50mg of GLA, and vitamin E has also been added to help protect cells from oxidative damage. The oil in the capsules is carefully extracted to ensure purity and GLA content.
