Methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), Bulking agents (Cellulose & Dicalcium phosphate), Bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Stearic acid, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Zinc citrate, Glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerol), Biotin.

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
