Lamberts Prostex contains 320 mg Beta Sitosterol per daily dose.

Lamberts Prostex also contains three important amino acids and the mineral zinc. Vitamins C and E are also included. Finally, the complex also contains the bioflavonoid quercetin.

Vitamins C and E contribute as antioxidants.

Usage
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use this product only under the supervision of a doctor. From a nutritional perspective, this product may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under five years of age.
