Plant sterols are naturally present in vegetable oils and grains.
Each tablet contains 800mg of natural plant sterols of excellent quality.
These should not be confused with the cheaper plant sterol esters

* The relative levels of the individual sterols are subject to natural variation

Ingredients
Plant Sterols, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).

Usage
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day.

If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use the product only under the supervision of a doctor.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
