Ingredients
Cellulose, Calcium carbonate, Phosphatidyl Serine (contains SOY), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate & Stearic acid), Cross-linked Cellulose gum, Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Zinc oxide.

Use
Take 3 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks, then 1 tablet daily for maintenance, unless otherwise advised. The tablets are best taken with a meal. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of young children.
