The volatile oils present in peppermint, particularly menthol, are the main ingredients, but the other components are also important. Lamberts Peppermint Oil capsules contain 100mg of pure natural peppermint oil, distilled from the leaves of this plant. These capsules preserve the volatile oils in a way that is not possible with mint sweets and mint tea. In fact, the amount of mint in each capsule is up to 12 times stronger compared to even the strongest mint sweets.

Disintegration time:
Less than 30 minutes

The capsules are partially resistant to stomach acid. It is not an enteric-coated capsule (not covered with a layer of sugar/resistant to stomach acid). The capsule disintegrates partly in the stomach and partly in the intestines.
