Usage A serving of 20 grams of powder is generally recommended and can be measured as 2 heaped dessert spoons.
This product has a mild flavor and, when added to soup or gravy, also has a thickening effect. So, add extra liquid when following a recipe.
Soup, stew, or gravy: Add the powder at the end of the cooking time, just before serving. Simply sprinkle on and stir well.
Cereals/cornflakes: Sprinkle over dry cereal (muesli) before adding milk.
Fruit smoothies: This powder can be blended with any fresh fruit; 10 grams of powder with a serving of fruit, such as a banana. This will preserve the flavor.
Milkshakes: 10g in a small milkshake and 20g in a large milkshake.
Sports: This product can be used to increase protein intake, particularly branched-chain amino acids. Depending on the protein in the basic diet, one to two servings per day (20-40g) are sufficient.
