Ingredients
Calcium (Carbonate & Citrate), Magnesium (Citrate, Hydroxide & Carbonate), Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Vitamin K2 (Menanquinone-7), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerol), Stearic Acid, Vitamin D3.

Usage
Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal.

Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking it at the same time as coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
