This all-in-one bone formula contains relevant amounts of calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and K, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones.

Ingredients
Calcium Carbonate, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Magnesium Oxide, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Boron (Sodium Borate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol and Antioxidant: d-alpha-Tocopherol), Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains vitamin K. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are also taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon).
