Use
Adults: take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner, unless otherwise advised by a therapist or doctor. Suitable for vegetarians. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or illness, especially diabetes. Consult an expert before use if taking medication (such as anticoagulants). This product contains iron. When too much is ingested, it can be harmful to young children. Contains magnesium, which can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Lowering or splitting the dose over the day can help. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
